German FM to visit China mid April
Baerbock will make a stop in China, before the G7 meeting in Japan, to discuss international relations and policies.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock plans to visit the Chinese capital Beijing in mid-April, according to the German newspaper Handelsblatt.
As announced by Baerbock, during a visit to the US last August, Germany will pursue a new strategy for Chinese affairs in 2023. The German official added that China needs to adapt its policies to fit the foundations of the current international order, which include “fair competition, the question of human rights, and the recognition of international law.”
After her trip to China, the minister is set to meet with the FMs of the G7 countries in Japan. It is unknown whether Baerbock will also be giving moral lessons to the representatives of these nations, some of which currently occupy, under international law, Syrian land.
Not to mention those whose leaders remain untried for the massacres their armies committed in the Iraq invasion and other wars in the name of democracy.

It is worth noting that China has released a 12-point position paper that details the necessary steps to achieve peace in Ukraine. The german FM has previously claimed that a neutral position on the situation in Ukraine entails siding with the aggressor.
China has been Germany's biggest trade partner for seven consecutive years, suggesting that Germany should find a balance between moral duties and the maintenance of its economy.
