Hamas says US partner in Gaza genocide after $26bn fund to 'Israel'
The Resistance group holds the United States responsible and accountable for the Israeli war crimes in Gaza.
Hamas condemned on Sunday "in the strongest terms" the US House of Representatives' bill to provide $26.4 billion in military and security funds to the Israeli occupation entity, which was passed on Saturday with an overwhelming majority.
The Resistance movement considered this step as a "confirmation of American official complicity and partnership in the genocide war being waged by the fascist occupation army on the Gaza Strip."
Hamas also held the US administration responsible, and President Joe Biden personally, for the political, legal, and moral accountability for the Israeli war crimes, pointing out that "the American support is a license and a green light for the extremist Zionist government to continue its brutal aggression, blatant violation of international laws, and all humanitarian norms."

The Israel Security Supplemental was approved with a vote of 366-58.
The funding package allocated for "Israel" includes $4 billion for the Iron Dome and David's Sling missile defense systems, in addition to $1.2 billion for the Iron Beam defense system.
Additionally, $4.4 billion will finance the replenishing of military items and services provided to "Israel," while $3.5 billion is earmarked for the procurement of advanced weapons systems and other items through the Foreign Military Financing Program.
This bill includes a prohibition on sending funds to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency UNRWA as the genocide in Gaza nears its 7-month mark.
Furthermore, it includes $9.2 billion in public assistance, including emergency food, shelter, and basic services, to populations experiencing crises. It also provides additional flexibility for transfers of military hardware to "Israel" from US stockpiles held in other countries.
