Hezbollah fires rocket salvos at 'Eilon' responding to Israeli crimes
Responding to an attack on elderly Lebanese civilians, Hezbollah has launched several rockets at an Israeli settlement.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah launched a number of rocket artillery shells at the "Eilon" settlement in response to an Israeli aggression that killed two elderly Lebanese civilians in the town of Kafra.
At 2:05 pm on Thursday, the Resistance launched several salvos of rockets toward the "Eilon" settlement in upper al-Jalil, to the south of the Lebanese-Palestinian border. In a statement, the Resistance said the operation comes as a response to Israeli attacks on villages and towns that targeted civilians, mentioning, in particular, the attacks on Kafra, which led to the martyrdom of Hussein Hamdan and his wide Manar Aabadeh.
Earlier on Thursday, the Resistance launched three operations against Israeli military sites and bases, in line with its support for the Palestinian people and their Resistance in the Gaza Strip.
At 8:00 am, Hezbollah fighters targeted a grouping of Israeli troops situated in the vicinity of Jal al-Allam military site with artillery shells, dealing precise hits to the target.
In the afternoon, the Resistance launched another operation against groupings of Israeli soldiers, dealing direct hits to targets in the "Cobra" Hill site. The Resistance also targeted al-Ramtha military site in the Israeli-occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in South Lebanon said that the rocket salvos launched toward the western upper al-Jalil surpassed the Israeli Iron Dome system, which failed to activate.

No solution for Hezbollah ATGMs
On Wednesday, Israeli media outlets launched comprehensive assessments of the losses of Israeli settlements and military sites, as a result of Hezbollah anti-tank guided missile launches since October 8.
Israeli newspaper Maariv reported on statements made by Israeli military researcher Or Fialkov, who disclosed that Hezbollah has launched approximately 1,000 anti-tank guided missiles at Israeli positions. Fialkov highlighted that Hezbollah's targets extended from Ras al-Naqoura to "Mount Hermon", striking military sites along the entire border. He noted that the attacks were carried out using a diverse array of anti-tank missiles, covering nearly all frontline positions of the Israeli army.
Highlighting the intensification of Hezbollah's operations along the borders, Fialkov pointed out that the Resistance attacked frontline sites with the advanced Iranian-made Almas anti-tank missile. This missile is equipped with an electro-optical seeker transmitting images from the missile's camera to the operator, enabling target selection out of the operator's direct line of sight.
Fialkov expressed concern over the Israeli military's lack of a solution to counter anti-tank attacks, relying instead on a containment approach to the situation. He noted that the data strongly suggest Hezbollah's readiness to launch thousands of anti-tank missiles and tens of thousands of shells on the north and central regions in any future war, significantly disrupting settlers' lives and compromising the military's capabilities.
