Hezbollah announced that its fighters targeted several Israeli military sites and positions on Saturday afternoon, as skirmishes intensified between the Resistance and Israeli occupation forces.

The latest announcement revealed that Hezbollah's fighters successfully hit an Israeli Humvee with guided missiles near the "Dovev" Barracks in occupied Upper al-Jalil. The Resistance added that the fighters also targeted a tank that approached the scene of the tank.

In an initial statement, the Islamic Resistance said its fighters shelled the Ruwaisat al-Alam military site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms using the appropriate weapons.

Hezbollah also said its fighters targeted the "Hanita" military site with a guided missile. "Hanita" lies on occupied Palestinian territories and is opposite the border town of Alma el-Shaab in the Tyre District.

The Lebanese Resistance party said its fighters targeted an infantry force in the "Ramim" Barracks, near the "Margaliot" settlement dealing confirmed hits.

It is worth noting that "Margaliot" was built on the ruins of the Hounin village, which is opposite the Lebanese village of Houla.

Meanwhile, Al-Fajr Forces - the military wing of the Islamic Group in Lebanon said its fighters fired a guided missile against "Zionist enemy points in the occupied territories."

The group said it achieved direct hits, adding that it "will respond to every Zionist aggression against our people in Lebanon."

Deputy Chief: Hezbollah is at the core of the battle

Amid the continued skirmishes in South Lebanon, Sheikh Naim Qassem, Hezbollah Deputy Chief, warned "Israel" from inciting further action from the Lebanese Resistance group.

He added that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood achieved a great victory for the Resistance, which has brought shame to the Israeli occupation.

Sheikh Qassem revealed that numerous international and state actors have attempted to stop Hezbollah from participating in the confrontations against the Israeli occupation forces, however, he emphasized that the Party is "at the core of the battle".

He also reiterated to those that have contacted the Party that they have to halt the aggression first, in order to limit the scope of condonation.

Moreover, he highlighted that Hezbollah is engaged with 3 Israeli units in South Lebanon, adding that these units could have been transferred to Gaza's Envelope if Hezbollah had not confronted the IOF.
