The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, Hezbollah, mourned two of its fighters who were martyred while carrying out their Resistance duty on the path of Al-Quds, the party said on Friday.

In two separate statements, the Resistance group declared the martyrdom of Mohammed Hussein Mazraani, "Abu Ali," from the southern town of Houla, and Wajih Chehade Mcheik, from the town of Wadi Um Ali in the Beqaa region.

Hezbollah in support of Gaza

On Thursday, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken started a trip to "Tel Aviv," where he met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other senior Israeli officials. Washington's top diplomat also took part in the war cabinet meeting that was held hours before the end of the truce deadline.

However, Blinken rushed to the airport shortly after the temporary ceasefire ended and departed back to the United States.

After the truce expired in Gaza, and with the renewal of the Israeli war on the Strip, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon restarted its operations against Israeli occupation military sites and targets, in support and solidarity with the Palestinian people.

On the first day of the renewed aggression, health authorities in Gaza reported over 190 civilians were martyred in Israeli strikes across the besieged Strip.

During the day, Hezbollah carried out five seperate operations against Israeli military sites in occupied northern territories, the Resistance party said in several announcements released throughout Friday.
