The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon announced today that it carried out a series of military operations "in support of the Palestinian people and their brave and honorable Resistance."

Starting this afternoon, the Resistance targeted the Jal al-Alam site with artillery shells, confirming a direct hit. Similarly, the Resistance targeted the al-Malikiyah and al-Samaka sites, twice, and the Israeli occupation's positions at Jabal Nazr with rocket weapons, hitting their targets accurately.

"In response to the Israeli enemy's attacks and assassinations in the towns of Mayfadoun and Jwayya," the Islamic Resistance launched an aerial attack "with a swarm of drones targeting the enemy artillery positions in al-Zaura, striking the locations of their officers and soldiers, causing confirmed casualties," and also shelled the Northern Command headquarters in the Ein Zeitim base with several salvos of Grad rockets.

The Resistance announced the martyrdom of Hassan Faris Jishi, born in 1986, from the town of Jwayya in southern Lebanon, who was martyred on the path to al-Quds.

'Afraid of their own shadow' says IOF reserve office of general staff

The Israeli website Srugim cited a high-ranking Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) reserve officer as saying that after 10 months of war, half of the Hamas brigades in the Gaza Strip still have the capacity to operate effectively against the IOF.

The officer added that the Israeli general staff is "afraid of its own shadow" and that is why it dragged its feet at attacking Yemen "until the UAV arrives in Tel Aviv." It is also cautious in its approach to targeting Hezbollah.

According to the senior reservist office in the occupation forces, the leading perception in the institution is that "it is impossible to defeat a terrorist organization," referring to the Resistance groups seeking to liberate their land.

The office then added "Therefore we are doomed to live between rounds," explaining that most occupation officers believe that "the role of the IDF is to extend the time between rounds, and I of course disbelieve in this assumption."
