IOF arrest 16 Palestinians after widespread raids in West Bank
The Israeli raids in the West Bank resulted in the detention of numerous Palestinian citizens, property damage, and clashes.
In the early hours of the morning, the IOF launched a series of extensive raids across the occupied West Bank, resulting in the apprehension of 16 Palestinian citizens. The operations were accompanied by searches, property damage, and clashes.
These incursions spanned various towns and governorates, encompassing Tulkarm, Ya'bad, Deir Dubwan, Shaqba, Beit Rima, Aqaba Jabr refugee camp in Ariha, Dura, Taffuh, Beit Ummar, Al-Fawwar camp, Kafr Qalil, Asira al-Qibliya, Teqoa and al-Khader.
Confrontations erupted in Tulkarm, where resistance fighters opened fire at the invading Israeli forces.
Moreover, during the raid on Ya'bad in Jenin, Israeli forces targeted the homes of liberated prisoners, vandalizing their property. Among those affected was the former prisoner Riyad Abu Abed, who was subjected to physical assault by Israeli forces after his home was raided.
During the raid in Shaqba, Ramallah, Israeli forces detained Yasser Mtaoua and his son, Jihad Mtaoua, while also looting money and seizing a vehicle.
Furthermore, local sources reported that Israeli forces also targeted the residence and commercial property of Masoud Helmi Herz-Allah, as well as the home of the wounded prisoner Wisam Basam Helles.

Palestinian Resistance fighters on Tuesday evening opened fire on an Israeli occupation helicopter that was flying over the Jenin refugee camp, in the northern occupied West Bank.
In a related context, Israeli occupation forces stormed on Tuesday evening the town of Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin.
Concurrently, Palestinian media reported that the Israeli occupation army injured a Palestinian youth near the fence separating the city of Baqa Al-Gharbiyye, located in the occupied Palestinian territories in 1948, and the town of Qaffin west of Jenin.
