Israelis conduct brutal raids in West Bank amid Gaza truce
The Israeli occupation forces have raided several refugee camps in the occupied West Bank, arresting scores of Palestinians.
Israeli occupation forces carried out brutal raids into multiple camps in the occupied West Bank, resulting in the arrest of several Palestinians, according to reports from Palestinian media.
Palestine TV disclosed that Israeli Special Forces stormed the Jalazone refugee camp in Ramallah, apprehended a young man, and conducted a separate operation in the Aqabat Jaber camp in Areeha.
Sources in the media noted a significant explosion in the Aqabat Jaber camp, synchronized with the Israeli occupation forces surrounding a Palestinian home. They confirmed the dispatch of military reinforcements, including a bulldozer, towards the camp.
Simultaneously, Israeli occupation forces obstructed an ambulance from reaching the Aqabat Jaber camp in Areeha following reports of gunshot injuries.

Reports also indicated armed confrontations between Palestinians and the Israeli invading forces..
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli invading forces arrested a Palestinan early Monday morning after raiding his home in al-Aroub, in the occupied West Bank's al-Khalil area. It stated that the Israeli army invaded the camp and forced shop owners to close, leading to confrontations in which Israeli military fired live bullets, sound grenades, and tear gas.
The Maan news agency quoted eyewitnesses saying that Israeli occupation forces raided the village of Haris amid gunfire and tear gas, leading to confrontations with Palestinian youth in the area.
This comes shortly after eight Palestinians were martyred and others were injured during the occupation's aggression on Jenin and Nablus early Sunday morning. The occupation attacked the Jenin refugee camp and besieged the government hospital, the headquarters of the Red Crescent Society, and the Ibn Sina Hospital, as the Resistance in Jenin confronted the occupation, which deployed attack drones and snipers.

As the Israeli genocide in Gaza is ongoing, it might seem inappropriate to shift focus to the relatively smaller but troubling settlers' violence and IOF's terrorism in the occupied West Bank. However, it would be a mistake to underestimate the dangers posed by the recent surge in violence against Palestinians in the West Bank.
This seems to be a strategic calculation made by "Israel" to expand its illegal settlements and steal more Palestinian land. Reports indicate a notable increase in the number of Palestinians forcibly displaced or killed since Oct. 7. The occupation seems to be fully aware that the diverting global and Israeli attention from the West Bank provides cover for more land usurpation in the area.
At the beginning of this month, the 150 residents of Khirbet Zanuta have been forcibly displaced once again. At the time, armed settlers, some of whom were dressed in reserve army uniforms and others concealing their identities, have started to break into their homes during the night, assaulting adults, vandalizing and looting possessions, and traumatizing their children.
As of October 7, the Palestinian Prisoners Club reported that the overall count of Palestinains held in Israeli detention has reached 3,200. It is worth noting that United Nations data has lately indicated that approximately 200 Palestinians including children have been killed in the West Bank by Israeli occupation forces since October 7.
