IOF conduct West Bank raids, arrest deputy director of al-Quds Waqf
Israeli occupation forces injure a Palestinian youth in the al-Fawwar refugee camp in al-Khalil.
The Israeli occupation forces launched a series of raids in the occupied West Bank on Friday and detained Sheikh Najeh Bakirat, the deputy director of al-Quds' Waqf (Religious Endowments).
The occupation forces raided Beit Lahm, where they arrested Sheikh Bakirat, who had been banned from entering occupied al-Quds for the past five months.
In a related context, a Palestinian youth was shot by Israeli occupation forces in the al-Fawwar refugee camp in al-Khalil. The occupation forces hindered the arrival of an ambulance to treat the injury.
Additionally, Israeli forces stormed the town of Beit Ummar, north of al-Khalil, as well as the al-Manara Roundabout in the center of Ramallah, the town of Silat al-Dhahr in southern Jenin, and the village of Salem east of Nablus.
On Thursday, Palestinian Resistance fighters confronted Israeli occupation forces' incursions into the city of Tulkarm and the Nour Shams refugee camp.
Supported by military vehicles and bulldozers, Israeli occupation forces raided Tulkarm and the Nour Shams refugee camp from the west.
The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade announced that its fighters targeted two Israeli soldiers in the al-Matar neighborhood in the Tulkarm camp.
Simultaneously, Palestinian Resistance fighters detonated an explosive device near an Israeli military bulldozer during the incursion into the city of Tulkarm.

Furthermore, Israeli forces, accompanied by three bulldozers, besieged the Nour Shams refugee camp and deployed snipers on the roofs of buildings along Nablus Street, adjacent to the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps. The military sent reinforcements to the area, with drones hovering in the city's sky.
Later, Israeli forces invaded the Nour Shams camp, began raiding homes in the Jabal Al-Nasr area and the al-Madares neighborhood, and deployed snipers on its roofs after detaining its residents. Meanwhile, Israeli bulldozers were seen leveling the streets at the entrance to the camp and destroying the infrastructure there.
Israeli forces also deployed patrols and military vehicles in various streets of Tulkarm, especially in al-Haddadeen Street, the city center, and along Nablus Street. They concentrated around the Al-Jaroun Roundabout in the Shweika suburb north of Tulkarm after the incursion.
In the same context, the occupation forces arrested Mahmoud Taleb (52 years old), the child Amir Abu Arja (16 years old), and Ghaith Mahdawi, who was brutally beaten, after raiding their homes in the Shweika suburb.
It is worth noting that this incursion is the second for the Nour Shams camp since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7. During the first incursion, the camp suffered extensive destruction of its infrastructure.
The Israeli occupation has escalated its aggression on the cities of the occupied West Bank since the beginning of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, carrying out widespread arrest campaigns amid the escalating confrontations between the Palestinian Resistance and the raiding forces, coinciding with the continuation of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
