IOF escalate raids in West Bank and al-Quds, detentions increase
Resistance fighters in Tulkarm confront IOF incursions and carry out operations in response to the ongoing crimes committed by Israeli occupation forces in both Gaza and the West Occupied Bank.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced at dawn on Saturday that they targeted the Israeli settlement of Avnei Hefetz, located south of Tulkarm in the northern West Bank, with heavy gunfire. They stated that the operation was carried out in response to the ongoing crimes committed by Israeli occupation forces in both Gaza and the West Occupied Bank.
In further detail, the city of Tulkarm became a flashpoint as confrontations erupted between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces, who launched an incursion around the Tulkarm refugee camp. Similar confrontations were reported in other parts of the West Bank and al-Quds, where Israeli military forces carried out a series of raids.
In a separate incident, Israeli occupation forces conducted a series of raids on Nablus Street and the town of Falamya, located north of Qalqilya. During the raid, a young Palestinian man sustained injuries from Israeli gunfire. Meanwhile, another individual was detained as Israeli forces stormed his residence in the Nazzal neighborhood of Qalqilya.
More arrests and injuries among Palestinians
In Ramallah, Israeli occupation forces stormed the towns of Bilin and Turmus Ayya, further intensifying their incursions in the West Bank.
In al-Quds, the situation grew more dire as Israeli forces raided the town of Hizma. During the raid, they arrested Zuhair Rajabi, the head of the Batn al-Hawa neighborhood committee in Silwan, after assaulting him, resulting in a head injury.
These incidents are part of the broader Israeli campaign of daily raids alongside Israeli settler violence across the West Bank and al-Quds, coinciding with the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip.
