Palestinian youth Dargham Mohammad Yahya al-Akhras, 19, succumbed to head wounds he sustained by Israeli gunfire after occupation forces stormed on Wednesday morning the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp in Areeha.

Israeli occupation forces stormed the camp to carry out a campaign of arrests, which led to confrontations with Palestinians and several cases of suffocation.

The director of Areeha Governmental Hospital, Nasser al-Anani, reported that a Palestinian youth arrived at the hospital with gunshot wounds to the head, and his injury was described as serious before the medical staff later announced his martyrdom.

As a result, the number of Palestinians killed at the hands of the Israeli occupation in Areeha since the beginning of the year rose to 13 martyrs.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces sent additional reinforcements to the Aqabat Jaber camp and carried out a massive campaign of raids and incursions into dozens of homes, searching them, tampering with their contents, and subjecting their residents to field investigations.

During the raid, the occupation forces arrested Yassin Marwan Hamdan and his uncle, Mohammad Hamdan, from their homes in the camp.

The national forces in Aqabat Jaber announced a comprehensive strike in the camp following the announcement of the martyrdom of 19-year-old al-Akhras.

On Tuesday night and early Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of raids and incursions into the occupied West Bank.

In a related context, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the number of Palestinians killed in the Jenin refugee camp rose to four martyrs and around 30 injuries, as a result of confrontations that broke out between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces that stormed the camp amid large military reinforcements and surrounded a house.

The four martyrs were identified as Rafat Khamayseh, Mahmoud Saadi, Mahmoud Ararawi, and Atta Moussa.

According to eyewitnesses, the occupation forces stormed Jenin from the al-Jalama checkpoint but withdrew amid fierce resistance from Palestinian fighters who confronted the raiding forces with explosive devices and heavy gunfire.

In eastern Gaza, Israeli occupation forces shot dead 25-year-old Palestinian youth Youssef Radwan during demonstrations against the unlawful siege imposed by "Israel" against the Gaza Strip.
