Israeli occupation forces launched last night and early Monday morning a massive arrest campaign during a West Bank raid.

A young Palestinian boy was wounded by live munitions before he got arrested, alongside another young man, as they confronted the IOF's raid of the town of Beit Ummar, north of Al-Khalil.

The confrontations intensified as the IOF raided and searched local shops in the Assida area of the town. During the raids, the IOF confiscated camera recording devices, and fired live and rubber-coated metal bullets, sonic grenades, and tear gas causing dozens of cases of suffocation.

Media activist, Muhammad Awad, told WAFA that a boy was wounded by live bullets prior to his arrest. Fouad Jassim Abu Ayyash was also arrested after a raid on a shop.

In a similar context, confrontations broke out with the occupation forces deployed at the entrance to Al-Arroub camp, during which the IOF fired poisonous gas at Palestinian civilians and into their homes, which caused dozens of suffocations.
