IOF shoot at Lebanese citizen in Kfar Kila, southern Lebanon
Israeli occupation soldiers shot and injured a citizen in Kfar Kila while he was inspecting his home, Al Mayadeen’s correspondent reported.

Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in southern Lebanon reported that an Israeli occupation force injured a Lebanese citizen while he was inspecting his home near the Fatima Gate in the town of Kfar Kila.
Amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon, our correspondent noted that Israeli forces placed a new dirt mound on the Odeisseh road, obstructing residents' access to their properties.
Since the ceasefire took effect on November 27, 2024, the occupation has continued its aggression through attacks on civilians and strikes on southern Lebanon and the Bekaa region.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces remain entrenched in five Lebanese locations—al-Hamames, al-Azziyah, al-Oweidah, Jabal Blat, and al-Labouneh—refusing to withdraw in defiance of the agreement.
Late last month, one person was killed and another was injured in an Israeli airstrike on February 26, targeting a pick-up truck in the city of Hermel, east Lebanon, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
Lebanese President Joseph Aoun had earlier urged a US congressional delegation to push Washington to put pressure on "Israel" to fully withdraw from south Lebanon, after the Israeli decision to stay sparked security and sovereignty concerns.
