Iran set to reveal advanced defense technology
In a related context, deputy parliament speaker Ali Nikzad revealed that Iran plans to unveil a new defense technology during its next potential attack on "Israel".
Nikzad stated that if "Israel" takes military action against Iran, this new defense weapon will be introduced. He referred to the recent unveiling of a new missile by Iranian Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) during Operation True Promise II, which had not been used in previous operations.
During a retaliatory strike on October 1, Iran launched a series of domestically developed missiles, with the IRGC reporting that 90% of the missiles accurately hit their targets. This operation was carried out in response to the assassinations of key figures including Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and IRGC commander Abbas Nilforooshan.
Iran’s defense minister confirmed that the strike targeted an intelligence headquarters and three Israeli military bases, stressing that no civilian sites were hit. He also highlighted that Operation True Promise 2, which achieved over 90% success, adhered to international law.
Iran has issued strong warnings to "Israel", cautioning that any response to their operations would result in attacks on critical infrastructure in occupied Palestine.
