Reaffirming Iran's commitment to supporting the Resistance, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbass Araghchi stated that the Iranian armed forces are "fully prepared for any scenario."

During a press briefing on the sidelines of "Al-Aqsa Storm; The Beginning of Nasrallah" conference, Araghchi mentioned his recent diplomatic trips to New York, Beirut, and Damascus and indicated that he would also visit Riyadh later that evening.

He emphasized that Iran is committed to supporting the Resistance and will not waver from this fundamental policy. While he acknowledged that Iran does not aim to escalate tensions, he made it clear that the country is not afraid of war.

Araghchi further asserted, “We are ready for any scenario, the armed forces are fully prepared,” adding that the aim is to "stop war and to reach an acceptable ceasefire."

It is worth noting that the conference commenced on Tuesday morning in Tehran, with Araghchi participating alongside various ambassadors and heads of foreign missions. He is scheduled to deliver a speech addressing the conference's themes, marking one year since October 7.

Iran set to reveal advanced defense technology

In a related context, deputy parliament speaker Ali Nikzad revealed that Iran plans to unveil a new defense technology during its next potential attack on "Israel".

Nikzad stated that if "Israel" takes military action against Iran, this new defense weapon will be introduced. He referred to the recent unveiling of a new missile by Iranian Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) during Operation True Promise II, which had not been used in previous operations.

During a retaliatory strike on October 1, Iran launched a series of domestically developed missiles, with the IRGC reporting that 90% of the missiles accurately hit their targets. This operation was carried out in response to the assassinations of key figures including Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and IRGC commander Abbas Nilforooshan.

Iran’s defense minister confirmed that the strike targeted an intelligence headquarters and three Israeli military bases, stressing that no civilian sites were hit. He also highlighted that Operation True Promise 2, which achieved over 90% success, adhered to international law.

Iran has issued strong warnings to "Israel", cautioning that any response to their operations would result in attacks on critical infrastructure in occupied Palestine.
