Iran's ballistic missiles, drones impact Israeli targets (Footage)
The IRGC bombards Israeli occupation sites, including the strategic "Nevatim" Air Base, dealing confirmed direct hits.
Iran's ballistic missiles impacted the Israeli "Nevatim" Air Base, in the al-Naqab desert, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) said on Sunday.
Multiple ballistic missiles hit the base, as was seen in footage circulated on social media. The "wide-ranging" attack was launched by Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps' (IRGC) Aerospace Forces and other units of the Iranian Armed Forces, in response to the Israeli aggression that targeted the Iranian Embassy in Damascus on April 1.
The news agency said the Israeli attacking jets took off from "Nevatim" to conduct the attack on the embassy. Previous statements made by Iranian officials said that the Israeli attack on the Iranian embassy was conducted via F-35 fighter jets that launched six missiles at the consular section of the Iranian embassy.
Importantly, "Nevatim" Air Base is home to "Israel's" top-of-the-line F-35 fighter jets, meaning, the attack has most likely put the strategic site out of service.

The Iranian retaliatory attack also included large swarms of cruise missiles and drones, estimated to have encompassed 400-500 aircraft and missiles, including 150 missiles, US officials told ABC News.
Hours into their launch, footage circulated from across occupied Palestine, depicting the arrival of the swaths of drones and missiles, as they dove toward Israeli bases.

IRGC warns US of taking part in Israeli aggression
In a statement published a couple of hours after launching Operation True Promise in response to the Israeli attack on the Iranian consulate in Syria, the IRGC explained that the attack came after more than 10 days of silence and neglect by international organizations, particularly the UN Security Council, to condemn the Israeli aggression that resulted in the martyrdom of seven IRGC advisors.
The IRGC warned the US government that supporting or taking part in harming Iran's interests would result in a decisive and regrettable response by the Iranian Armed Forces.
It also held the United States responsible for the "evil" actions of the Israeli occupation regime, vowing that if the "child-killing regime" is not restrained in the region, it will bear the consequences.
The statement emphasized Iran's policy of good neighborliness with countries of the region but made it clear that any threat by the United States and "Israel" originating from any country would be met with a reciprocal and proportionate Iranian response to the source of the threat.
It is worth noting the IRGC's attacks are still ongoing to this point, with further swarms of drones and missiles expected to reach the Israeli occupation's sites.
