Iran introduced the Mohajer-10 drone as part of the Defense Industry Day celebration on Tuesday. The domestically-produced drone was showcased in Tehran during an event attended by President Ebrahim Raisi.

The Mohajer-10 drone boasts a maximum flight duration of 24 hours at an altitude of 7,000 meters, covering an operational radius of 2,000 kilometers. It can carry up to 450 liters of fuel and accommodate cargo weighing up to 300 kilograms.

Furnished with electronic warfare and intelligence systems, this unmanned aerial vehicle can achieve a maximum speed of 210 kilometers per hour and is capable of transporting various types of ammunition and bombs.

In addition to introducing the Mohajer-10, the event unveiled the homegrown Arman-1 and Arman-2 smart bombs.

Weighing 35 kilograms, Arman-1 has an operational range of 20 kilometers.

It can be launched and fired by various operational drones that the Iranian armed forces have.

Weighing 40 kilograms and having a maximum operational range of 100 kilometers, Arman-2 utilizes electric propulsion and can be employed with various operational drones of the armed forces.

Both smart bombs are equipped with the GPS/INS guidance system and can be loaded on the newly unveiled Mohajer-10 drone.

Khorramshahr missile

Earlier this year, the Iranian Defense Ministry announced the production of a new missile, the Khorramshahr-4 missile, which has a range of 2,000 kilometers (1,242 miles) and can carry warheads weighing over one ton.

The reveal took place on the occasion of Khorramshahr's liberation from the West-backed Saddam regime in 1982.

The missile is one of the most sophisticated to be created by scientists at the Defense Ministry's Aerospace Organization, with a range of 2,000 km and a 1,500 kg high-explosive payload.

This missile is fitted with one of the most complex liquid fuel engines, and the engine is housed in the fuel tank, allowing for its height to be reduced to nearly 13 meters.

The new missile is the most sophisticated variant of Khorramshahr, a sort of point-blank missile that does not require guidance in the final phase. According to the army, this variant has extreme aim precision mid-flight.
