Iraqi Resistance announces targeting the Israeli 'Ovda' air base
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq targets the Israeli 'Ovda' air base with drones, in response to the ongoing occupation massacres in the Gaza Strip.
In a brief statement on Friday, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that its resistance fighters targeted the Israeli "Ovda" air base using drones.
The Islamic Resistance said that its resistance fighters targeted on “Monday, April 15, 2024, the Israeli Ovda air base in our occupied territories, using drones,” stressing that it would continue to destroy enemy strongholds.
The Resistance confirmed that the operation comes in solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip and in retaliation for the massacres perpetrated by the occupation entity against the defenseless Palestinian civilians, including women, children, and the elderly.
After publishing the statement claiming responsibility for the targeting operation, the Islamic Resistance broadcasted scenes of launching drones toward the Israeli air base.

Last week, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that it targeted the Haifa oil port, as part of its continued operations against the Israeli occupation. The Resistance targeted the oil port with two drones.
Shortly before that, the Iraqi Resistance hit three targets in the occupied territories, as it announced that it had attacked “in the past 72 hours a vital target in our occupied territories, and another in Ashkelon, in addition to the Ashkelon oil port.”
