On Monday, the IRGC assured that the police, security authorities, and the Popular Mobilization Forces (Basij) will continue to block the attempts of rioters and terrorists to disrupt the country's stability.

In a statement, the IRGC stressed that dealing decisively and swiftly with those charged with rioting, vandalizing, and terrorizing is now a general requirement.

It added that the Iranian people, with their awareness, will overcome and trump the last attempt at dividing the country, stressing that the Iranian will survive the war devised against them.

The IRGC forces are monitoring the movements of terrorists in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, and they were able to prevent them from achieving their goals, Colonel Delavar Ranjibarzadeh, a commander for the IRGC in the border town of Sardasht, told Al Mayadeen on Saturday.

The IRGC forces are capable of reaching the terrorists positioned in the Iraqi Kurdistan region, "but they are not doing so out of respect for neighboring countries," Ranjibarzadeh told Al Mayadeen at the Iranian-Iraqi borders. "We are a kilometer away from the terrorists' strongholds, and we are not targeting them if they do not attack us."

Officials of regimes that have staged coups, conspiracies, interventions, and wars with millions of deaths in their history, recently stand out as defenders of human rights in other countries, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kanaani said in a tweet on Sunday.

Moreover, despite the false gestures of human rights, they have failed in hiding their anti-human rights nature, he added.
