EU Parliament cuts ties with Iran, affirms support for riots
Diplomatic hypocrisy in the European Union saw its parliament cut ties with Iran while asserting it will continue to support the riots.
EU states, with all their clandestine involvement in the riots in Iran aiming to overthrow the government, and their sanctioning of Iranian individuals, organizations, and institutions, called Iran's sanctions against them "unacceptable."

In the EU's latest undiplomatic move in support of the illegitimate riots in Iran, lawmakers in the parliament cut ties with Tehran for their sanctioning of some members of the house.
“In response to the unacceptable Iranian sanctioning of this house, there shall be no direct contact between European Parliament delegations and committees with official Iranian counterparts until further notice,” said the President of the EU Parliament, Roberta Metsola in a statement.
The statement voiced its support for the rioters, saying: “We will not look away from those who look to us on the streets of Iran. We are with you. We will stay with you.”
Iranian officials have recently said that politicizing human rights is counter-productive, and using it as a weapon will not promote human rights in the international community.
Last week, the EU imposed sanctions on 29 Iranian officials and three organizations amid the western-backed riots following the death of Mahsa Amini.
Although Iran offered to help the EU with its energy needs, the bloc has instead aimed at sabotaging the country by sending spies and foreign agents and commissioning dissidents to disrupt the country's civil order.
Riots are Western-backed and instigated
Amini died of health complications on September 16 while under police custody in Tehran.
Her death initially sparked sporadic protests after it was thought that the police were responsible for her death.
But later, protests kept growing despite reports showing her death was caused by illness.
On Sunday, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi stressed that the US and the West's support for rioters and terrorists will not be in their interests.
On October 2, Iran's Shura Council confirmed that over 45,000 foreign intelligence servicepersons were behind the riots, mostly from western countries, adding that it possessed evidence to back its claims.
On October 19, the Iranian Fars news agency said the German Embassy played a role "in igniting the riots in the country, and embassy officials held meetings with officials of a number of other European embassies to expand the conflict and tension in Iran."
