The Iraqi Al-Nujaba movement condemned on Friday the Israeli occupation's aggression against the Gaza Strip and commended the Palestinian resistance for its retaliation against the occupation's arbitrary attack on Gaza.

"The (Israeli) enemy committed another crime of its crimes by targeting one of the resistance leaders in Palestine," the Al-Nujaba movement's statement read.

"The resistance in Palestine took it upon itself not to allow the Israeli occupation's crimes to go unanswered. The Zionist enemy will pay for it with the blood of its soldiers," the Iraqi resistance movement added.

The Al-Nujaba movement offered its "deepest condolences and deepest sympathy to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad for the martyrdom of commander Taiseer Al-Jaabar" and his companions.

"We declare ourselves as martyrs in this holy battle; the battle of honor and dignity. All we have in terms of manpower and military equipment is subject to the orders of the patient freedom fighters in our beloved Palestine," the statement added.

Al-Nujaba movement Secretary-General Akram al-Kaabi addressed the Palestinian resistance, saying, "This battle is ours all," stressing that "the entirety of the Axis of Resistance is on the side of the Palestinian resistance."

"We are prepared because the battle is ours all [...] the Palestinian resistance factions shocked the enemy with the unison of its response to the Israeli aggression," Al-Kaabi added.

The Palestinian resistance factions responded to the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip by launching salvoes of rockets toward the occupied Palestinian territories.

The launching of rockets toward the Israeli occupation come in retaliation after Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that explosions were heard in the Gaza Strip, occupied Palestine. The shelling targeted the Palestine Tower in the center of Gaza city.

Al-Quds Brigades, PIJ's military wing, announced the martyrdom of Taiseer Al-Jaabari, a military commander in the northern Gaza Strip.

Shortly thereafter, all of the Palestinian resistance factions issued statements condemning the Israeli occupation's aggression and its assassination of resistance figures and leaders, as well as solidifying the resistance's unity against the Israeli aggressors.
