Israeli occupation forces carried out fresh drone attacks on southern Lebanon on Monday, targeting residential areas, once again marking grave violations of a ceasefire agreed to between the two governments.
According to Al Mayadeen’s correspondent, an Israeli drone strike hit a motorcycle in the town of Majdal Zoun, injuring at least one person. A second drone strike targeted the town of Beit Lif, also in the south.
These latest attacks come just days after Israeli warplanes and drones bombed multiple locations across southern Lebanon and the eastern Bekaa region, including the outskirts of the town of Buday.
The Israeli military continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in place since November 27, 2024, expanding its aggression beyond southern Lebanon to include areas around Beirut’s southern suburb and parts of the Bekaa Valley.
