Israeli goals behind assassinations to fail: Sayyed al-Houthi
Yemeni Leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi offers his condolences for the martyrdom of Hezbollah Executive Council chief Sayyed Hashem Safieddine, pledging to remain firmly by the side of the Lebanese people.
The leader of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badreddine al-Houthi, emphasized Thursday the significant loss to the Islamic World with the martyrdom of the head of Hezbollah's Executive Council, Sayyed Hashem Safieddine, but assured that the Israeli occupation's efforts to capitalize on these losses would fail.
"The loss of jihadist leaders in such critical times is a great loss for the Ummah," Sayyed al-Houthi stated. "But the occupation's plans to exploit this are an illusion."
Sayyed al-Houthi praised the contributions of the late Sayyed Safieddine, describing him as a "great fighter and martyr" whose role was "tremendous in the fight against the Israeli enemy."
He further pointed out that one of the main goals of "Israel" in targeting Resistance leaders was to "break the morale of their nations and the fighters." However, the Yemeni leader affirmed that such efforts would be futile, saying, "The enemy's hatred blinds it from understanding history, pushing it to continue its criminal path."

Sayyed al-Houthi commended the steadfastness of all Resistance fronts, stating that they continue to carry the banner with "awareness, insight, and faith," in the path of God. He particularly highlighted the resilience of the fighters in Lebanon, noting, "The perseverance and bravery of the fighters on the Lebanese front at this stage surpass even their strength during the July War of 2006."
He condemned the Israeli occupation's actions in Gaza, stating that the brutal attacks targeting civilians, especially children and women, are not military achievements but acts of genocide. "What the Israeli enemy is doing—massacres, targeting children and women—is not a military success," he stressed.
Sayyed Al-Houthi also criticized Western countries, particularly the US, Germany, France, and the UK, for fully arming the occupation regime, and underlined that Arab countries were failing to stand by Gaza. "The Americans have opened all their weapon arsenals for the Israeli enemy, while the Arabs have chosen cowardice."
'Israel' defeated militarily
He went on to stress the Israeli occupation's military failures on both the Gaza front and in northern Palestine, stating, "On the military level, the Israeli enemy is clearly failing in Gaza and in confronting Lebanon in the northern front."
Sayyed al-Houthi condemned the forced displacement and genocide in northern Gaza, labeling the crimes as "horrific and extreme," and warned that the brutality should move the conscience of anyone with a shred of humanity. "The bloody, criminal scene in northern Gaza should awaken every human being who still holds an ounce of humanity," he declared.
He also called out the Arab and Muslim world for their inaction, labeling it a "great shame" that nothing was being done to support Gaza amidst such horrors. "It is a disgrace and a huge sin that the Ummah does nothing against the horrendous brutality of the Zionists in Gaza," Sayyed al-Houthi said.
The Ansar Allah leader urged the Arab world to take stronger action, stating, "Every time the Israeli enemy escalates, the responsibility of the Islamic World, especially the Arabs, doubles."
He warned that the Zionist project aims for more than just occupying Palestine, but seeks to "control the entire Arab World." He declared that the confrontation with the Israeli occupation was "inevitable" for the Arab and Muslim nations.
Israeli objectives meant for failure
Finally, the Yemeni leader dismissed the Israeli occupation's ultimate objectives as destined to fail, stating, "The Zionist project is doomed to fail because it is inherently aggressive and poses a danger to all humanity."
He concluded by denouncing those who opted for neutrality or normalization with the Israeli regime, stating that such acts were treacherous and led to significant losses. "Those who speak of neutrality have resorted to normalization and loyalty to Israel and the US, but they are the real losers," Sayyed al-Houthi affirmed.
He praised Hezbollah's resilience in Lebanon, noting that the Israeli enemy was "shocked by Hezbollah's solid front" and its strong stance, despite the martyrdom of key leaders. "The Lebanese front has established the Yafa-Tel Aviv equation and turned Haifa into a ghost town, with occupiers spending most of their time in shelters."
Similarly, he praised the similar efforts exerted by the Islamic Resistance in Iraq. "The support front in Iraq continues to escalate with steadfastness, undeterred by attacks, media intimidation, or political pressure from Washington and its agents," he said.
"The Resistance fronts in their entirety in Palestine and Lebanon are at the peak of confrontation," he added. "If the Israeli enemy were to surpass the mujahideen in Palestine and the support fronts, it would crush the rest, without considering their neutrality, normalization, or betrayal."
