Saudi Arabia intercepted a ballistic missile launched from Yemen bound for "Israel" on Saturday night, Israeli media reported on Sunday.

Israeli researcher Guy Bechor stated that though Saudi Arabia announced a "temporary suspension" of normalization talks with the Israeli occupation, contacts regarding the issue resumed over the past two days "at a high level."

Sources familiar with the matter told Reuters earlier that Saudi Arabia had suspended US-brokered plans for normalization with the Israeli occupation.

Yemen has launched several attacks against the Israeli occupation, with the first attack being intercepted by the US and Saudi Arabia, and raising the concerns of some neighboring Arab states, as others made their way to occupied Palestine, striking Israeli military targets.

Israeli Kan TV's Arab Affairs expert Roi Kais identified the most concerned countries as the United Arab Emirates, noting that a member of the UAE parliament, who preferred to remain anonymous, expressed concerns that Israel's response to Sanaa's actions "could escalate the scale of the war."

The second-most concerned country according to Kais is Jordan, which recalled its ambassador from "Israel" in protest against the ongoing war.

Relentless Yemeni Resistance

Yemeni Armed Forces spokesperson Yahya Saree said on Wednesday that the Yemeni Armed Forces launched a large batch of loitering munitions, i.e., kamikaze drones, toward several Israeli targets deep in occupied Palestine.

"We launched a large batch of drones during the past few hours at targets deep in the Israeli entity in occupied Palestine, and they have, due to the grace of Allah, reached their targets," Brigadier General Saree said.

Sanaa underlined that the Yemeni Armed Forces will "continue to carry out military operations in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and in response to the calls and demands of the Yemeni people and all the people of the Ummah until the Israeli aggression on our brothers in the resilient Gaza ceases."

A day earlier, it was reported that a drone coming from the direction of the Red Sea infiltrated the "Eilat" settlement before being intercepted by the Israeli occupation, according to Israeli media reports.

The operations come in light of paramount solidarity with the Palestinian people from Yemen, with the support seeing Sanaa seeking to retaliate against the Israeli occupation for its ongoing crimes and massacres against the civilians in Gaza.
