Israeli media: Over 100 soldiers dead since ground invasion of Gaza
Israeli Channel 12 reports that since the beginning of the ground invasion of Gaza, over 100 Israeli soldiers have been killed, a number that is "unbelievable".
On Monday, Israeli Channel 12 reported that since the beginning of the ground invasion of Gaza, over 100 Israeli soldiers have been killed, a number that is "unbelievable".
The channel further noted that the IOF has registered 102 deaths among its military personnel, including 45 reserve fighters. Among the total death toll, 31 soldiers were killed following the end of the ceasefire, 25 of whom were from the Givati Brigade.
Earlier today, the IOF announced the death of four of its soldiers, including two officers in clashes with the Palestinian Resistance as the former tried to mobilize further into Gaza.
Israeli media also revealed that the number of injured soldiers has exponentially increased as per hospital records, while "Israel" kept it constant at 1593 soldiers.
On Sunday, Israeli media mentioned that one of the killed soldiers is the nephew of former IOF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot, whose son was also killed a couple of days earlier.
The media reported that the occupation's military allowed the publication of news of 13 soldiers who had sustained serious injuries in Gaza, in addition to two other soldiers seriously wounded in an anti-tank missile strike at the Palestinian-Lebanese border.
Israeli website Walla! highlighted that 5,000 soldiers have been wounded since October 7, 2,000 of whom have been officially labeled as disabled.
The Resistance is a primary threat to 'Israel'
Israeli media has been reporting that the Palestinian Resistance is still carrying out operations against the Israeli occupation forces in areas that the IOF declared military control over.
Israeli Channel 13 military commentator Or Heller said the IOF "declaring military control over an area does not mean it is free of [Resistance fighters]."
Heller underlined that one must be very cautious when talking of signs of a breakdown among Hamas' ranks, emphasizing that gaining control of areas does not mean they are empty of Hamas fighters.
According to Heller, the primary threat to Israeli forces is RPGs, short-range anti-tank missiles, snipers, and explosive devices. He urged taking into account that "every other house is rigged with explosives waiting for the soldiers."

The Resistance fighters destroyed at least 44 Israeli military vehicles over the past 48 hours all over Gaza, Hamas' military wing said yesterday.
The fighters "have recorded 40 soldiers as killed in action wherein dozens of others were wounded," the al-Qassam Brigades said as they continued to bleed the invading Israeli soldiers.
