Several Israeli occupation military sites in southern Lebanon have come under coordinated missile targeting, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Sunday.

Hezbollah launched anti-tank guided missiles ATGMs toward the Israeli military sites of Ruwaysat al-Alam and the settlement of "Margaliot," as well as a military outpost in Shebaa Farms.

Further reports from southern Lebanon indicated that guided missiles also struck technical equipment resting on the tower of the Israeli Al-Abbad site near the borders of the Lebanese Houla village.

This came alongside a series of Israeli strikes targeting areas including the Maroun village plain and the outskirts of Ayta al-Shaab.

In a parallel development, Israeli media confirmed the interception of a drone near Lebanon’s border which was heading toward northern occupied Palestine, according to media claims.

Israeli media outlets also reported that two injured Israeli soldiers were transported to "Rambam" hospital in Haifa following an anti-tank missile attack in "Bar’am," a settlement near the Lebanese borders.

Earlier today, the Israeli emergency authority and occupation army added 14 northern settlements within 5km from the Lebanese border, in addition to the previously announced 28 settlements, to the evacuation plan funded by the government, following approval from Security Minister Yoav Gallant.

This comes as Hezbollah is increasing its operations targeting Israeli military bases and outposts located on occupied Lebanese lands in support of Gaza, which is witnessing daily Israeli massacres.

In its latest report, the Palestinian health ministry said that the total number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip surpassed 4,200, including more than 1,700 children.

Intervene when necessary

US and Israeli officials disclosed to US media outlets that US President Joe Biden and his top aides have been pushing "Israel" to refrain from executing a major strike against the Lebanese Resistance, Hezbollah, that could draw it into an open war.

Hezbollah Deputy Chief, Sheikh Naim Qassem, warned "Israel" on Saturday against inciting further action from the Lebanese Resistance group.

Responding to reports stating that the US is warning the Israeli government from opening the northern front, the senior Resistance official said that Hezbollah is already "at the core of the battle."

He added that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood achieved a great victory for the Resistance, which has brought shame to the Israeli occupation.

Sheikh Qassem revealed that numerous international and state actors have attempted to stop Hezbollah from directly intervening, however, he emphasized that the party will join the battle whenever it finds necessary regardless of outside factors and pressure.
