The former head of the Israeli Army's Operations Division, Israel Ziv, admitted that "Israel" is stagnating militarily, while Hamas is advancing a political school of thought.
In an interview for "Israel's" Channel 12, the Reserve Major General explained that Hamas' campaigns concerning the starvation in Gaza have succeeded, as it has "moved the entire world to its side."
Ziv added that "while Israel is sticking to the military operation, Hamas is creating a second school of thought."
He went on to explain that Hamas' response to the ceasefire proposal delivered to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was so effective that it completely stunned him, leaving him speechless and without a retort, stripping him of his primary argument for blaming Hamas should the deal fall through.
Ziv further warned that a third political challenge awaits "Israel" when it decides to launch its expanded operation in Gaza City.
This comes as the Israeli war on Gaza continues to churn through Palestinians, ethnically cleansing them while the world fails to stop the Israeli war machine despite its brutality.
'Israel' escalates its genocide, Resistance fights on
The death toll from the Israeli war on Gaza has reached 63,025 martyrs since October 7, in addition to 159,490 wounded, while since March 18 alone, the death toll reached 11,178 martyrs and 47,449 wounded.
Hospitals have received 59 martyrs, including two who were extracted from beneath the rubble, along with 224 injuries over the past 24 hours, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.
Despite the carnage, the Palestinian Resistance stands strong in the face of the Israeli occupation forces, with Resistance Factions announcing several operations against IOF troops and vehicles infiltrating Gaza.
The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that its fighters targeted and destroyed an Israeli Merkava tank and an armored personnel carrier in central Jabalia using al-Yassin 105mm shells. In separate operations on Monday and Tuesday, the al-Qassam fighters also destroyed two additional Merkava tanks in eastern and central Jabalia with high-explosive improvised explosive devices.
In a joint operation with the al-Quds Brigades last Tuesday, the al-Qassam Brigades also confirmed that their fighters successfully targeted an Israeli Eitan armored personnel carrier with a guided Kornet anti-tank missile, achieving a direct hit east of Gaza City's al-Zaytoun neighborhood.
