Israeli suppression units raid Section 5 of the Ramon prison conducting violent searches and assaulting prisoners.
Israeli suppression units raided Bloc 5 of Ramon prison, the Waed Association for Palestinian Prisoners Affairs revealed Friday.
The association disclosed that the suppression units assaulted the prisoners and conducted violent searches, further noting that several prisoners were transferred to undisclosed locations.
According to the Palestinian Prisoners' Club, the suppression units conducted thorough searches in various cells in the section, and the prison administration subsequently imposed a lockdown on other sections as well.

Earlier this month, the Waed Association for Palestinian Prisoners' Affairs strongly condemned Ben-Gvir's extremist directives to deprive prisoners of hot water, stating that it is a clear expression of the depths of his twisted sadism.
The prisoners' rights group further emphasized that the continuous sanctions imposed on the prisoners are bringing them each time one step closer to an open confrontation with the prison administration.
For the past 24 hours, there has been a notable escalation in acts of resistance in the West Bank, with a total of 15 recorded incidents targeting Israeli occupation soldiers and settlers.
The Palestinian Information Center documented these resistance activities, which included a shooting attack, three instances of hurling Molotov cocktails and firecrackers, confrontations with settler attacks, the outbreak of clashes, and incidents of stone-throwing occurring at nine separate locations across the West Bank.
