The Wa’ed Association for Palestinian Prisoners' Affairs has strongly condemned Ben-Gvir's extremist directives to deprive prisoners of hot water, stating that it is a clear expression of the depths of his twisted sadism.

The Association further emphasized that the continuous sanctions imposed on the prisoners are bringing them each time one step closer to an open confrontation with the prison administration.

The Wa’ed Association placed the responsibility for these racist decisions, issued by Ben-Gvir, squarely on the shoulders of the fascist Israeli government, considering that they defy the most basic principles of international humanitarian law.

Behind bars, Palestinian prisoners are preparing to begin an open hunger strike in protest of their conditions and treatment.

The deteriorating health condition of cancer-stricken prisoner Aasif al-Rifai poses a real threat to his life, with the Ministry of Detainees calling for his immediate release.

The Association also expressed its dismay at the half-hearted stance taken by international human rights organizations in their dealings with the persecution and aggression suffered by Palestinian prisoners, calling on these organizations to rectify their course and protect the rights of Palestinian prisoners.

During the past 24 hours, Israeli occupation forces killed six Palestinians.

Palestinian youth Dargham Mohammad Yahya al-Akhras, 19, succumbed to head wounds he had sustained by Israeli gunfire after occupation forces stormed on Wednesday morning the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp in Areeha.

On Tuesday night and early Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of raids and incursions into the occupied West Bank.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the number of Palestinians killed in the Jenin refugee camp rose to four martyrs and around 30 injuries, as a result of the confrontations that broke out between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces that stormed the camp.

The four martyrs were identified as Rafat Khamayseh, Mahmoud Saadi, Mahmoud Ararawi, and Atta Moussa.

In eastern Gaza, Israeli occupation forces shot dead 25-year-old Palestinian youth Youssef Radwan during demonstrations against the unlawful siege imposed by "Israel" against the Gaza Strip.
