BREAKING
Sheikh Qassem: Our supporters make up more than half of Lebanon's population, and all of these people are united under the banner of protecting Lebanon, its Resistance, its people, and its integrity.
Sheikh Qassem: There will be no phased handing in of our arms. [The Israelis] must first enact the agreement before we start talking about a defensive strategy.
Sheikh Qassem: Be brave in the face of foreign pressures, and we will be by your side in this stance.
Sheikh Qassem: Stripping us of our arms is like stripping us of our very soul, and this will prompt us to show them our might.
Sheikh Qassem: We will not abandon our arms, for they gave us dignity; we will not abandon our arms, for they protect us against our enemy.
Sheikh Qassem: The US efforts we are seeing are aimed at sabotaging Lebanon and constitute a call for sedition.
Sheikh Qassem: If you truly want to establish sovereignty and work for Lebanon’s interests, then stop the aggression.
Sheikh Qassem: The United States, which is meddling in Lebanon, is not trustworthy but rather poses a danger to it.
Sheikh Qassem: The United States is preventing the weapons that protect the homeland.
Sheikh Qassem: The government’s latest decision [on the disarmament of the Resistance] is non-charter-based, and if the government continues down this path, it is not faithful to Lebanon’s sovereignty.

Dozens of worshippers suffocated, as the Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas on them in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Media sources reported that the worshippers were surprised by the occupation’s firing of tear gas from a drone that flew over the Mosque for the second week in a row, stressing that the ambulance crews and health clinics in Al-Aqsa Mosque provided first aid to the injured and treated them.

The Palestinian Red Cross announced that its crews treated 418 cases of injuries in Al-Aqsa, 23 of which were transferred to the hospital for intensive care.

Israeli occupation police closed off exits from the 300 checkpoints near Beit Lahm in the south of the occupied West Bank, in the face of those returning from Al-Aqsa after commemorating Laylat Al-Qadr.

Local sources said that the occupation forced the returnees to leave through one narrow gate, causing a number of suffocation cases.

The Islamic Endowments Department in occupied Al-Quds indicated Wednesday that about 250,000 worshipers celebrated the 27th night of the month of Ramadan - known as Laylat Al-Qadr - in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Tens of thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank and the occupied interior were seen last night heading to occupied Al-Quds to reach Al-Aqsa Mosque to celebrate the holy night.

A young Palestinian man, Ahmad Masad, 18, was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn in Jenin camp.

Thousands of Palestinians took part in mass protests in condemnation of the IOF's attacks on Al-Aqsa.
