Israeli strikes resuming in Gaza worsens human catastrophe: Jordan
The spokesperson for Jordan's Foreign Ministry, Sufyan Qudah, demands the international community to shoulder its responsibility and prevent "Israel" from committing more crimes against civilians in Gaza.
The official spokesperson for the Jordanian Foreign Ministry, Sufyan Qudah, stressed Jordan's strong condemnation of the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
Qudah further demanded the international community shoulder its responsibility and prevent "Israel" from committing more crimes against civilians and put a stop to its futile war on Gaza.
He also emphasized that international law and international humanitarian law must be respected, that the Palestinian people must be given international protection, and that efforts must be doubled to stop the raging war on Gaza.
The Israeli bombardment in the Gaza Strip, he said, is worsening the humanitarian disaster in the Strip, as the savage aggression has killed thousands of innocent lives, especially women and children.
The international community, Qudah stressed, must move immediately to enforce a ceasefire.
'Israel' resumes genocide
The temporary truce between the Resistance in Gaza and the Israeli occupation entity, brokered by Qatar and Egypt, expired at 7:00 am Friday without any announcement of its extension.
Shortly after, "Israel" renewed its aggression across Gaza, bombing the Strip indiscriminately.
The ceasefire had been in effect since November 24, initially scheduled for a duration of 4 days, which was subsequently extended twice—first for two days and then for a single day. However, it was not extended for a third time.
Over the past seven days, there have been seven rounds of indirect prisoner exchanges between the Resistance in Gaza and the Israeli entity, in accordance with the truce terms. The terms stipulated the release of 3 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisoners in exchange for one Israeli captive handed over by the Resistance.
