Israeli troops refuse to meet Netanyahu in his visit to Hadassah Hosp.
An IOF soldier told Israeli media that he, along with 15 of the 18 soldiers in his wing, refused to meet with Netanyahu, contrary to statements by the PM's office.
Israeli media reported that Israeli soldiers getting treated at the Hadassah Medical Center's rehabilitation facility refused to meet with PM Benjamin Netanyahu during his visit.
Netanyahu's office had previously stated that upon knowledge of the PM's visit "the crushing majority of troops were enthusiastic to meet him." However, one soldier told the media that he, along with 15 of the 18 soldiers in his wing, refused to meet with Netanyahu.
Israeli Channel 13 noted that a precedent to the incident took place a week before in another of Netanyahu's visits to the Sheba Medical Center, during which injured soldiers also rejected a meeting with Netanyahu, and highlighted that officials in the Israeli occupation forces tallied those who agreed to meet the occupation PM and transferred them to a different department.
Netanyahu to meet same fate as predecessors
Netanyahu's government continues to be the center of discontent and accusations of mismanagement regarding the captives issues, as well as the subject of complete blame for the events that led to October 7. The internal conflict has also spread among the ranks of the occupation government, including Israeli chiefs.
Amid a flood of anti-Netanyahu protests, Israeli settlers have demanded more governmental effort to strike a captive-release deal, remarkable after discovering that several Israeli hostages were killed by the occupation forces, feeding into the doubts they have been honing towards their government.
Foreign Affairs previously predicted that Netanyahu would meet the same fate his predecessors met. The magazine also coined the backlash from the disastrous security failure on October 7 as unsurprising. However, what seems to be shocking, is the collective opposition to Netanyahu and his government amid one of the most destructive wars the occupation has launched.

Netanyahu Must Go!
The Former Chief of General Staff of the Israeli occupation's army, Dan Halutz, said on December 26 that "Israel" lost the war against Hamas, stressing that the only victory to be achieved is the overthrow of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Israeli Channel 14's correspondent, Yishai Friedman, released a recording of his conversation with Halutz in 'Haifa' with anti-government protest activists, which took place during the war. In the conversation, Halutz stated, "There will be no image of victory because the image reflects the loss of 1,300 lives and 240 prisoners, despite their return, and approximately 200,000 refugees who failed to return to their homes."
Halutz continued by expressing, "For me, the picture of victory will be when Prime Minister Netanyahu steps down."
