Israeli drone struck a truck in Syria's al-Qusayr near the Lebanon border
An Israeli drone targeted on February 25 a truck in Syria's al-Qusayr in the countryside of Homs near the border with Lebanon, leading to its destruction, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.
This came after the Israeli occupation increased its attacks on Syrian territories, as on February 21 Israeli fighter jets launched several missiles from the occupied Syrian Golan Heights, targeting a residential building in the Kafr Sousa neighborhood in Damascus. The aggression resulted in the martyrdom of two civilians and the injury of another.
Syria issued heightened warnings in the recent period, asserting that Israeli aggressive policies threaten to ignite the region and push it towards comprehensive escalation that jeopardizes regional and international peace and security.
