Jaish al-Adl terror group kills 5 in courthouse attack in Iran
An armed attack on a courthouse in Zahedan, Iran, leaves martyrs and civilians injured as security forces evacuate the area and launch operations to secure the site.

An armed terrorist attack struck the courthouse in the city of Zahedan, located in Iran’s southeastern Sistan and Baluchistan Province, on Saturday morning, resulting in injuries among civilians, according to Iranian state media (IRIB).
Emergency medical teams responded promptly, evacuating several of the wounded from inside the courthouse and transferring them to nearby medical facilities. Security and police forces have since evacuated all staff and visitors from the building.

Iran's Mehr News agency reported that the terrorist attack resulted in the martyrdom of five people and the injury of 13 others, according to a preliminary toll, adding that three of the perpetrators were killed.
The news agency reported that the attack on the court in Zahedan began with the building being targeted, followed by the assailants opening fire on civilians.
The terrorist Jaish al-Adl group claimed responsibility for the attack.
Heavy police and security presence was reported around the courthouse following the attack, amid operations to secure the area.
