Martyr Sayyed Nasrallah led Hezbollah to utmost pride, power: Qaani
The IRGC's Quds Forces Commander affirms that Iran "will continue standing by the Resistance front until Palestine and al-Quds are liberated."
Brigadier General Esmail Qaani, the commander of the IRGC Quds Force, has extended his condolences on the martyrdom of Hezbollah's Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
Qaani indicated that Sayyed Nasrallah, "With his high spirits, led Hezbollah to utmost pride and power," adding that his martyrdom filled the Islamic Resistance front and the free people of the world with sorrow.
The Quds Force commander said that Martyr Sayyed Nasrallah spent his lifetime on the battlefield against the enemies, and sacrificed his blood and precious life for the sake of noble Islamic notions, championing the oppressed people of Palestine and the pride of the people of Lebanon.
He also highlighted the martyred leader's milestones in life, such as leading challenging battles, including the July 2006 war against "Israel" and the war against ISIS and the Takfiris in Iraq and Syria.
"I am filled with sorrow, but remain hopeful, and we will continue standing by the Resistance front until Palestine and al-Quds are liberated," Qaani concluded.
He attended the memorial ceremony of Martyr Sayyed Nasrallah in Hezbollah's office in the Iranian capital Tehran, where he also discussed key matters with the head of the office, Abdallah Safieddine.

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was martyred, alongisde a group of his fellow companions and commanders, in a treacherous Israeli assassination after a massive attack targeted at least six buildings in the Southern Suburb of Beirut on Friday.
