Martyrs, injuries in IOF aggression against the Strip on 249th day
On the 249th day of the ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip, the occupation focused its bombardment on the central and southern areas.
Numerous regions across the Gaza Strip, namely the city of Rafah and its southern periphery, are currently experiencing relentless artillery barrages and aerial bombardments. Tragically, amid these assaults, two farmers were martyred and another suffered injuries due to deliberate targeting by occupation drones while the farmers tended to their lands west of Rafah.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported casualties among Palestinians resulting from direct fire by Israeli vehicles targeting the tents of displaced people on the outskirts of the city of Rafah.
Our correspondent in Gaza City reported that six Palestinians, including women and children, were martyred as a result of the occupation strike on a residential apartment in the Old City in al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of the city.
Another martyr and several injuries were reported as a result of occupation aircraft bombing a house in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City.

North of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, occupation vehicles shot sporadically. Our correspondent reported that three Palestinians were killed and five wounded. Additionally, occupation aircraft bombed a house in al-Khawalda in the middle of the Gaza Strip.
In turn, Gaza's Civil Defense reported that its crews recovered several martyrs and injuries from under the rubble of a house targeted by occupation aircraft in al-Faraj neighborhood in central Gaza.
That said, the director of Al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza stated that the fuel provided to the hospital was only sufficient for two weeks.
The ongoing Israeli genocidal war against the Gaza Strip has led to the tragic loss of 37,164 martyrs and the injury of over 84,832 Palestinians since October 7, 2023, as per the latest census published by the Palestinian Health Ministry.
