Martyrs, injuries in Israeli drone strike on car, north of Saida
This comes in serious violation of the rules of engagement, as Jadra is located tens of kilometers away from the border where confrontations are focused.
An Israeli drone launched a strike that targeted a civilian car in Jadra, a Lebanese town to the north of Saida, on Saturday afternoon, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.
Our correspondent reported that three people were martyred in the attack and others were injured. Moreover, Al Mayadeen's correspondent said the targeted "Palestinian figure" survived the attack.
Later, our correspondent said that the three people who were martyred were not the targets of the attack but were merely bystanders.
In fact, Al Mayadeen's correspondent said that the Israeli drone initially fired one missile at the car to later launch another at civilians who had arrived at the scene of the attack.
Emergency workers arrived at the scene of the aggression to treat the casualties that fell as a result of the attack.
Intense overflight of Israeli aircraft preceded the drone attack on Jadra.

The coastal town of Jadra is located around 35 km from the nearest point of the Lebanese-Palestinian border and more than 65 km away from Ras al-Naqoura on the Lebanese coast.
In a related context, the Israeli occupation continues its aggression on Lebanese villages, mainly those located on the border with occupied Palestine. Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in South Lebanon reported that Israeli raids targeted the outskirts of several Lebanese towns, including Chihine, Marwahin, Houla, Markaba, and Kawnin.
