For the fifth consecutive day, the area surrounding the Israeli occupation embassy in Amman, the capital of Jordan, witnessed a large protest titled "Siege of the Zionist enemy's embassy."

Demonstrators demanded an immediate halt to Israeli aggression on Gaza and an end to the blockade and denounced attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The protesters called for the severance of all ties with "Israel", including the cancellation of political, economic, and diplomatic agreements, halting the land crossing, and ceasing vegetable exports to the occupation.

They reiterated their call to support the Resistance and establish land and air relief routes to Gaza given the harsh siege imposed on the territory.

Jordanians have persisted in their protests in the capital, Amman, as well as in several governorates, villages, and camps since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.

On Monday, Amman witnessed a massive demonstration in solidarity with Gaza and in support of the Palestinian Resistance.

Demonstrators gathered near the Israeli embassy in Amman attempting to storm it, prompting Jordanian security forces to intervene and disperse the crowds using tear gas.

The protesters chanted slogans hailing the Palestinian Resistance and its leaders while condemning the ongoing Israeli aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
