Netanyahu led 'Israel' to worst catastrophe in history: Israeli media
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is being accused of leaving the Israeli occupation in shambles as he prioritizes his own interests.
Former Israeli Mossad chief Danny Yatom said Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has caused a lot of harm to "Israel," affirming that he continues to do so during the war on Gaza.
According to Israeli media reports, Yatom stated that "Netanyahu still prioritizes his own interests and then those of Israel," indicating that his "considerations are impure," and calling for his replacement.
Yatom explained in his statement that one of the problems is that Netanyahu "believes he is the only one in the world who can manage Israel," and if he leaves, it will collapse, adding that "with him, Israel will collapse or has already collapsed."
Israeli media quoted the families of the Israeli settlers who died in Operation Al-Aqsa Flood as saying that "Benjamin Netanyahu led Israel to the biggest catastrophe in its history."
One of the members of the families of the Israelis who died on October 7 as part of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood told Channel 13 that Netanyahu was "tearing apart the Israeli people through judicial amendments.'
He "disintegrated Israel" and neglected the settlements in the Gaza envelope for years.
The settler added that Netanyahu "strengthened Hamas by repeatedly ignoring the warnings of security and military leaders," and prevented ministers from hearing warnings about the danger of war.
Voicing the position of the families of the Israeli casualties, the settler called for Netanyahu's resignation, saying: "For the sake of saving Israel and saving us, Netanyahu must leave now, yes, in the midst of the war, right now."
Israelis had demanded that Netanyahu apologize for the events that unfolded on October 7, when a surprise attack by the Palestinian Resistance caught occupation forces off-guard, allowing them to take control of numerous military sites and settlements near Gaza.
The Israeli Prime Minister ignored these calls up until the 19th day of confrontations. Nonetheless, Netanyahu has said that officials can only be held accountable after the aggression on Gaza is over.
Opposition member of Knesset, Avigdor Lieberman, pointed to the large numbers of evacuated settlers — more than 135,000 — from northern occupied Palestine and the Gaza Envelope, saying that this phenomenon in itself represents a defeat.
In a report by The Economist, the newspaper expressed that the Israeli occupation is witnessing a political battle over the conduct of the war, its repercussions, and who makes the decisions.
According to the newspaper, the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu is “at the heart of this battle,” and he has been the dominant figure in Israeli politics for more than two decades.
A large part of the Israelis hold Netanyahu responsible for the failures that "led to the Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7", according to the newspaper.

According to The Economist, "This has angered Netanyahu, aggravating the second problem, the divisions within the Israeli war cabinet. Officials present at their meetings have described a “traumatic” atmosphere," adding that Netanyahu began to attack his generals in public and blamed the heads of military intelligence.
