Netanyahu to answer for October 7 failure after aggression ends
Israeli war cabinet member Yoav Gallant has told the Gaza Envelope settlers to secure alternative housing for at least one year.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed that he should be questioned over the Israeli occupation forces' military failure on October 7.
"This failure will have to be investigated to the last degree. Everyone will have to give answers. Myself included."
Israelis had demanded that Netanyahu apologize for the events that unfolded on October 7, when a surprise attack by the Palestinian Resistance caught occupation forces off-guard, allowing them to take control of numerous military sites and settlements near Gaza.
The Israeli Prime Minister ignored these calls up until the 19th day of confrontations. Nonetheless, Netanyahu has said that officials can only be held accountable after the aggression on Gaza is over.
On that note, Amir Bohbot, the military editor and senior analyst for the Israeli Walla! news website, said in a message on his Telegram channel that units and commanders of the IOF have not fully understood the enduring nature of the aggression on Gaza.
The Israeli Security Minister and member of the war cabinet, Yoav Gallant, also told settlers who fled from Gaza's Envelope that they should secure alternative places to stay in for at least a year.

Opposition member of Knesset, Avigdor Lieberman, pointed to the large numbers of evacuated settlers — more than 135,000 — from northern occupied Palestine and the Gaza Envelope, saying that this phenomenon in itself represents a defeat.
Amid plans to ethnically cleanse the Gaza Strip from Palestinians, the occupation now has to deal with a number of mounting crises, one of which is the substantial amount of settlers that fled their colonial outposts.
"Eilat" in the southernmost point in occupied Palestine has taken in more than 60,000 settlers from the Gaza Envelope.
Moreover, authorities in "Eilat" are preparing to set up tents for the tens of thousands of fleeing Israeli settlers, Israeli Maariv newspaper reported on Sunday.
Israeli media said "Israel" has run out of emergency hotel rooms to receive the fleeing settlers from northern occupied Palestine and Gaza's Envelope.
