Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported on Monday that the United States and Britain carried out a joint aggression targeting the Taif region in the al-Durayhimi district, south of the coastal province of Hodeidah, west of Yemen, as Sanaa continues to declare its firm position to proactively support Gaza against an Israeli genocide.

The new aggression comes hours after the Israeli withdrawal from the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza unveiled the atrocities committed against civilians and the medical facility.

After 14 days of seige and occupation of the medical facility, Israeli occupation forces withdrew from the hospital late Sunday, leaving behind hundreds of bodies both inside the hospital and in its vicinity, in addition to mass destruction, leaving the hospital completely out of service.

The Government Media Office in Gaza pointed out that "Israel" killed more than 400 Palestinian civilians in the hospital and its vicinity and detained around 300 people while almost 100 remain missing. The office also reported that the occupation left behind "a trail of mass destruction" with crimes against humanity and international law unraveling.

No word of condemnation was issued by either the US or the UK, yet they did jointly attack Yemen as part of aggressions on Yemeni areas governed by Sanaa ongoing since January in an attempt to stop Yemeni operations in support of Gaza. However, the two countries were not able to stop the operations conducted by the Yemeni Armed Forces, nor undermine their effects.

US Envoy calls Hamas ceasefire response 'totally unacceptable'

Just last week, the Yemeni military announced carrying out six military operations in 72 hours.

These operations included the targeting of the US-owned and flagged MAERSK SARATOGA container ship in the Gulf of Aden, US-owned APL DETRIOT container ship and UK-owned W HUANG PU in the Red Sea, and the PRETTY LADY bulk carrier, which was heading to Israeli-occupied ports in Palestine.

Additionally, two large-scale operations were also carried out against two US destroyers in the Red Sea.

Actions first, words later

Ansar Allah leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi said last month that the capabilities of the Yemeni Armed Forces have notably grown, and this was evident in the unprecedented usage of ballistic missiles to strike naval vessels.

In a speech about the latest developments in Yemen and the region, Sayyed al-Houthi said the United States, despite its advanced capabilities and weapons, has failed, and it admitted its failure to deter and prevent Yemeni operations in support of Palestine.

He saw that the lack of movement of British, American, and Israeli ships in the Red and Arabian seas was one of the indications of the success of the Yemeni forces.

Finally, on the operations, the Ansar Allah chief preluded greater and more important and influential developments, without giving details, saying, "Actions speak louder than words. Words can come in later."
