Occupied Palestine: Casualties during IOF raid of Nablus
In the past 48 hours, one Palestinian was martyred and seven were injured.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that seven civilians were injured by IOF fire during the their storming of Nablus, north of the Occupied West Bank.
According to Wafa news agency, "the IOF had raided Nablus from different axes and then surrounded a house in the Old City."
The agency further added that "violent clashes broke out between the IOF and local youth in different parts of the city. The IOF used live bullets, rubber-coated metal bullets, sonic grenades, and tear gas, which led to seven casualties."
The Prisoners' Information Office had also announced that "the occupation authorities have detained Saja Abdulrahman Jaber, the granddaughter of Azzam Jaber, from al Baqa'a east of al-Khalil"
The office also added, "the occupation had demolished Azzam Jaber's house yesterday on Wednesday and violently assaulted his family".
Moreover, Samir Aslan was martyred by a bullet to the chest after his house was raided and his son was detained in the Qalandia refugee camp in northern occupied Al-Quds.
Palestinian Youth also confronted the occupation forces on Wednesday after the IOF raided Fahma city in southwest Jenin, where they stormed a house.
Furthermore, Israeli forces detained a young man in Surif, north of Al-Khalil, after raiding his house. Additionally, two civilians, one of which is a child, were injured after being assaulted by a settler in Tel Rumeida in Al-Khalil.
In retaliation to the occupation's crimes, resistance fighters targeted two checkpoints in Ramallah and Nablus and clashed with the IOF at 10 different locations.
The past 48 hours have witnessed continued clashes between Palestinian youth and occupation forces in the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds.
