One police officer injured in alleged car ramming: Israeli media
Israeli media report a suspected car-ramming attack at Shawkat intersection, near the city of Bir Al-Sabe’, and confirm that the driver fled the scene.
Israeli media reported a suspected car-ramming attack today, Tuesday, at Shawkat intersection near the city of Bir Al-Sabe’, which resulted in moderate injuries to a policewoman, while the driver fled the scene.
Just earlier in the day, the Palestinian Prisoners' Club announced the martyrdom of Nasser Abu Hmeid who had suffered from cancer, while the Israeli prison service committed medical homicide through deliberate medical negligence.
The Prisoners' Affairs Commission reported that the prisoner, Nasser Abu Hmeid, had been martyred in "Assaf Harofeh" Hospital, due to the deliberate medical homicide policy followed by the Israeli prison service.
Following Abu Hmeid's martyrdom, the Prisoners' Information Office confirmed that the detainees declared a hunger strike for three days as they mourned Abu Hmeid.
His martyrdom, according to the office, brought the number of martyrs in the occupations' prison to 232.

On November 29, Israeli media reported that a soldier in the Israeli occupation forces was seriously injured in a ramming operation near Ramallah. The Palestinian youth who carried out the attack was killed after the occupation forces shot him and prevented the ambulance crews from reaching him for treatment.
On November 24, Israeli media reported that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested a 20-year-old resident of the city of Rahat for allegedly carrying out a ramming attack in Bir Al-Sabe', which moderately injured an 18-year-old IOF soldier.
Israeli media claimed the Palestinian youth drove his car on the sidewalk and rammed the soldier, leaving him with bruises and wounded limbs.
This came a few hours after the Israeli occupation forces killed three Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of Jawad Al-Rimawi, 22, and his brother Thafer Al-Rimawi, 21 years, after being shot by the Israeli occupation forces in Kafr Ein, northwest of Ramallah.
