Iranian state TV announced on Sunday that a new phase of Operation True Promise 3 had begun, with ballistic missiles being fired from multiple sites inside Iran targeting "Israel".
According to Iranian state media, Iran fired ballistic missiles from multiple locations across its territory at "Israel".
Following the missile launch, explosions were heard in Tel Aviv after sirens sounded across large areas of the region, including occupied al-Quds, Asdud, and dozens of settlements.
According to Israeli media outlets, Iranian strikes targeted a power plant in Khadera and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s private home in Caesarea.
Sirens also sounded in areas stretching from Caesarea in the north to Asqalan in the south, as well as in the Golan Heights, al-Jalil, and Haifa, while the Internal Front Command instructed people to seek shelter in fortified spaces.
Additionally, Israeli authorities have prolonged the internal front's state of emergency until June 30, while the Israeli security minister also ordered the closure of all schools, suspending educational activities and prohibiting large gatherings until the end of the month.
Israeli Channel 12 reported, citing a high-level security source, that Iran had "chosen to step up its retaliation against Israel."
Iran launches second phase of Operation True Promise 3
On June 14, for the second consecutive day, sirens blared across the occupied Palestinian territories after missile launches from Iran, prompting the Israeli Internal Front Command to order settlers to remain in shelters.
Israeli media reported that Iranian missiles struck facilities in Haifa, in northern occupied Palestine, with powerful explosions reverberating across the city following multiple rocket impacts. According to initial reports, fires erupted at several sites in Haifa, including critical oil refineries.
According to Iranian state television reports, Iran fired 100 missiles at "Israel", with officials stating that the country's air force was conducting a coordinated assault involving both ballistic missiles and drone strikes.
Later in the early hours of June 15, a large-scale Iranian offensive involving drones and missiles penetrated deep into occupied Palestinian territory, as air raid sirens wailed continuously across multiple cities and settlements, with security forces remaining on high alert against potential further UAV incursions.
Multiple Iranian missiles struck central Tel Aviv with direct impacts, causing extensive structural damage, civilian casualties, and mass panic as emergency responders rushed to the scene.
