Pakistan's president visit to Russia will in +20 years
Khan and Putin will be discussing defense cooperation, bilateral ties, Afghanistan, and energy later this February.
After today's fruitful line of communication with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Pakistan's Imran Khan will also be visiting Russia this month, February, in a trip first of its kind in more than 20 years.
The news, reported by WION - an outlet based in New Delhi, India - cites diplomatic sources, saying that Khan will be traveling to Moscow at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin later this month.
The last time a Pakistani president-in-office visited Russia was in 1999, and it was President Nawaz Sharif.
What's on the menu is defense cooperation, bilateral ties, Afghanistan, and the Pakistan Stream pipeline which connected Karachi in the south to Kasur northeast.
The two leaders have held a number of rounds of talks recently, according to the outlet.
