Palestinian factions: October 7 was a response to Israeli crimes
On the October 7 anniversary, Palestinian factions have reassured the public that the Resistance remains unified and fully coordinated across all fronts.
On the anniversary of October 7, Palestinian factions expressed their support for the Palestinian people and Resistance, praising their resilience in foiling Israeli efforts to undermine Palestinian identity.
The factions also stated that Operation al-Aqsa Flood marked a significant turning point in the fight against Israeli occupation, exposing its true nature to the global community.
"Operation al-Aqsa Flood was in retaliation for the Israeli occupation's crimes against our people and as part of confronting the Israeli occupation and its allies' plots," they said.
Furthermore, the Palestinian factions reassured the public that the Resistance remains unified and fully coordinated across all fronts.
They emphasized that the Palestinian people are the only legitimate authority capable of determining their future after the war, asserting this as an internal issue to be discussed domestically.
The factions also warned that any efforts to establish an alternative administration for Palestine "the day after" the war would be dealt with in the same manner as the Israeli occupation.
"We affirm that no deal or agreement could be signed without the fulfillment of our people's demands to halt the aggression, withdraw from Gaza, re-open the border crossings, end the blockade, and commence reconstruction," they stressed.
Moreover, the Palestinian factions stressed that no agreement could be reached without securing a substantial prisoner swap deal.
They urged both the people and Resistance fighters in the occupied West Bank and al-Quds to intensify their efforts against Israeli occupation forces.
Additionally, the factions called on Arab and Islamic communities, including religious leaders, unions, popular movements, and political parties, to take action against the Israeli occupation.
"We call for a comprehensive national dialogue in continuation of the conclusions reached in the Moscow and Beijing talks so as to ensure the fulfillment of our people's demands for independence and self-determination," they said.
The Palestinian factions concluded by saying, "We salute the support fronts who will go down on the right side of history."
