Palestinian factions support prisoners, salute acts of resistance
The Palestinian Resistance factions reiterate their choice of resistance, salute prisoners and heroic operations, and praise Hamas.
The Palestinian Resistance factions held Tuesday their regular meeting, in which they discussed the latest developments in Palestine.
In a statement, the factions saluted the Palestinian people on the anniversary of the first Intifada and affirmed their adherence to resistance as a strategic choice to protect Palestinians' rights.
They also held the Israeli occupation responsible for the consequences of the delay in lifting the siege on the Gaza Strip and the deliberate delay in the reconstruction process.
Mediators must assume their responsibilities before it is too late, and procrastination will result in repercussions the occupation does not wish, the factions warned.
They further saluted the heroes of the resistance operations in the occupied West Bank and called for the continuation and the escalation of these operations against the occupation.
In addition, they reiterated their support for the heroic prisoners in the occupation prisons, especially the administrative prisoners who are still on hunger strike, calling for popular and mass escalations in support of the prisoners.
The Resistance factions denounced the shameful Arab normalization wave with "Israel" and the receiving of the occupation leaders in Arab lands.
"Arab normalizers who have neglected the sacrifices of Palestinians are the occupation's partners in its continuous aggression against the Palestinian cause," the statement read.
The Palestinian factions congratulated Hamas on the occasion of its 34th anniversary and praised the movement for its role in boosting the resistance against the occupation.
In addition, they expressed their appreciation to Hamas' decision to cancel its annual anniversary festival in order to allocate its budget to projects that serve the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, considering that the decision reflects a sense of national and moral responsibility towards the Palestinians suffering from the siege.
