Labib Dumaydi was martyred by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) after confrontations erupted as the latter besieged Dumaydi in a residential house in the Palestinian village of Huwara.

The Palestinian refused to surrender to the occupation forces and resisted until his martyrdom, which was announced by the Palestinian Health Ministry on Thursday evening, bringing the number of Palestinian martyrs across the West Bank to four.

The IOF claimed that Dumaydi had at an earlier time targeted an Israeli settler car with live fire and as a result sought to arrest him.

It is important to note that acts of Resistance across the West Bank have been increasing, while settler violence has increased, marking a new era in confrontations on the path toward Palestinian liberation.

It was also reported that dozens of paramilitary settlers stormed the village of Huwara under the IOF's protection and violated the homes of Palestinians, leaving the Resistance no choice but to stand up to the occupiers.

Two Palestinian youths killed by IOF fire in the village of Shufa

Yesterday, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in occupied Palestine reported that occupation forces opened fire on a car carrying two Palestinian youths in the village of Shufa, near Tulkarm, in the northwest of the occupied West Bank.

Subsequently, the Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed the martyrdom of the two young men: Abdul Rahman Atta, aged 23, and Hudhayfah Fares, aged 27.

Disturbing footage circulating on social media shows Israeli soldiers near an injured individual lying on the ground, believed to be one of the Palestinian youths. Witnesses have reported that the victims were subjected to more than 50 bullets during the attack.
