Palestinian resistance engagements with IOF near Al-Shifa ongoing

As the Israeli occupation forces raided Al-Shifa Medical Complex this morning, the Palestinian Resistance groups are still defending their people in its vicinity.

The Palestinian Resistance's confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces are still ongoing in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex and in several other axes in Gaza.
Al-Qassam and Al-Quds Brigades
Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas confirmed since dawn today that it has been engaging with the IOF troops around Al-Shifa Medical Complex and targeting several of their vehicles which has caused deaths and injuries among their ranks.
Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, confirmed that its freedom fighters bombed Israeli occupation forces' gatherings east of Gaza's central governate using short-range 107 missiles.
It further released scenes of its freedom fighters targeting a post of IOF troops in the eastern central governorate by a guided "Malotka" missile and mortar shells.
These scenes showcase the freedom fighters setting the Malyutka ATGM before launching it as well as Israeli helicopters attempting to carry the dead and injured troops.
Al-Aqsa Martys Brigades
In addition, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades revealed in a statement that, since the early hours of dawn today, it has been engaging the IOF with appropriate machine guns and assault rifles in the vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex.
It also published scenes of its freedom fighters using mortar shells to target a gathering of Israeli occupation troops and vehicles, penetrating east of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
The National Resistance Brigades, Al-Mujahideen Brigades
The National Resistance Brigades (the forces of the martyr Omar al-Qassem) stated that its freedom fighters fired several regular 60 mm mortar shells toward a gathering of Israeli occupation troops southeast of Gaza.
It added that its freedom fighters have also been waging, since the early hours of dawn today, fierce and violent clashes with IOF troops near Al-Shifa Medical Complex confirming that they directly an IOF troop carrier with an IED near the Ministry of Transport and Communications building.
Al-Mujahideen Brigades also announced that its freedom fighters engaged in fierce clashes with the Israeli occupation forces using appropriate and varied weapons in the west of Gaza.
IOF raids Al-Shifa Hospital
Israeli occupation forces raided early March 18 the Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City under heavy aerial and artillery cover fire.
The Israeli occupation military announced an operation was underway in Al-Shifa, claiming Palestinian Resistance fighters were using the complex.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported that Israeli military drones opened fire on Palestinians in the vicinity of the hospital as Israeli warplanes bombed the area.
Our correspondent also mentioned that Israeli naval vessels fired toward the vicinity of the Al-Shifa Medical Complex west of Gaza City, confirming that several people were martyred and others were injured due to the relentless aggression.
He noted that there are bodies of martyrs within the premises of the Complex that can't be reached due to the ongoing Israeli assault, emphasizing that Israeli occupation forces are surrounding hundreds of displaced individuals, patients, medical teams, and journalists inside the facility.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that a fire erupted in the specialized surgery building inside the Al-Shifa Medical Complex due to Israeli airstrikes.
