Palestinian Resistance heroically confronts IOF in Tulkarm, Jenin
The Palestinian Resistance confronts the Israeli occupation forces' aggression on the West Bank cities of Tulkarm and Jenin, with numerous losses inflicted on the raiding forces.
As the Palestinian Resistance continues its operations in the Gaza Strip, fighters in the northern occupied West Bank are fiercely confronting a wide-scale Israeli military onslaught.
The occupied Palestinian territory has witnessed intense confrontations that saw Resistance fighters engaging militarily in urban warfare and detonating explosive devices in various fighting axes.
An Al Mayadeen correspondent reported that the confrontations in several areas in the northern West Bank were among the most intense since the latest wave of Israeli aggression began.
In response, the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas in the West Bank, confirmed their involvement in fierce battles alongside other resistance factions. They are actively engaging Israeli soldiers in al-Far'a, Tulkarm, and Jenin refugee camps. Fighters have targeted Israeli troops and their vehicles with heavy gunfire and explosive devices, inflicting extensive damage on the raiding forces.
The al-Quds Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade announced that its fighters successfully shot down an Israeli drone in the al-Manshiyya area. Additionally, Resistance fighters opened fire at snipers entrenched in a house in the Nur Shams camp.
In a related incident, Resistance fighters targeted an Israeli military bulldozer using an improvised explosive device (IED) in the Nur Shams camp. Another explosive device was also detonated, hitting a bulldozer on the main road, causing significant damage and forcing it out of service.
Meanwhile, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade continue to engage in fierce confrontations with Israeli forces invading the Nur Shams camp from multiple directions, particularly along the main street and the al-Manshiyya neighborhood, using machine guns and explosive devices.
In joint operations, the al-Mujahideen Brigades in Tulkarm, in cooperation with the al-Qassam and al-Aqsa Brigades, targeted Israeli forces in the al-Damj neighborhood of the Nur Shams camp with explosive devices and gunfire, causing direct injuries among the invading soldiers.
Additional military reinforcements to Nur Shams
Israeli occupation forces have also raided the Shuwayka suburb in Tulkarm, destroying the infrastructure of the al-Aqsa neighborhood, as drones circled overhead in the Nur Shams camp.
Our correspondent confirmed that Israeli occupation forces have brought reinforcements to the camp, where explosions have been heard.
Journalist Fayhaa Khanfar reported that Israeli forces have imposed a tight siege on Nur Shams camp. As of now, there is no final count of those detained by the occupation forces there.
Khanfar noted that the residents of Nur Shams have largely ignored Israeli calls to evacuate the camp, although some were compelled by the occupation forces to do so. Additionally, the deep excavation carried out by Israeli forces has cut off electricity and water supplies to the camp.
In Tubas, the al-Quds Brigades fighters engaged in fierce confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces across various combat zones in the al-Far'a camp. Meanwhile, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in the camp confirmed that their fighters engaged in armed confrontations with the occupation forces.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that an Israeli military vehicle was damaged during the confrontations in the al-Far'a camp, forcing the occupation forces to withdraw the vehicle from the area.
Severe IOF injuries in Jenin
Intense confrontations also took place between Palestinian Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces in Jenin. Our correspondent indicated that a large explosion shook the Jenin refugee camp amid the ongoing incursion by the occupation forces into the city.
Violent confrontations continue in the al-Hadaf neighborhood, adjacent to the camp, as Resistance fighters engage the Israeli military.
According to our correspondent, Palestinian Resistance fighters targeted a house in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin where occupation soldiers had taken cover.
The al-Qassam Brigades issued a statement mourning three of its members—Mohammad Jabbarin, Ahmad Muayyad al-Sous, and Mohammad Abu Zmeiro—who were martyred defending Jenin.
The statement vowed that the Israeli forces attempting to quell the Resistance in the northern West Bank would face unexpected retaliation from the south and central regions, as well as from within the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories.
The al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement announced that its fighters engaged in fierce battles with Israeli occupation forces on the western front of Jenin, inflicting losses on the invading Israeli occupation forces.
The al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades also reported successful attacks on Israeli forces in Jenin and its refugee camp. Their fighters employed machine guns and explosive devices, causing multiple casualties among the Israeli soldiers.
One of their groups, named after martyr Abu Ali Iyad, claimed responsibility for ambushes in Kfar Dan, where they reportedly inflicted further casualties using improvised explosive devices and heavy gunfire.
The al-Mujahideen Brigades - Jenin also confirmed their involvement in the ongoing battles, targeting Israeli forces with appropriate weapons and successfully ambushing a Namer vehicle on Haifa Street with a pre-planned explosive device, causing significant damage.
The Storm Forces, the military wing of the Fatah al-Intifada Movement, also declared that their fighters had engaged Israeli forces on multiple fronts in Jenin, targeting them with intense gunfire.
Amid these developments, Israeli media confirmed that an Israeli soldier sustained moderate injuries in Jenin after being shot by Palestinian fighters.
IOF besiege West Bank hospitals
In parallel, Israeli forces continue to hinder medical operations in northern West Bank camps. Dr. Wissam Bakr, director of Jenin Governmental Hospital, stated that the Israeli military had blocked all entrances to the hospital, preventing many patients from accessing vital medical care.
Reports also surfaced of an Israeli drone strike targeting the Jenin refugee camp, alongside the shelling of a house in the city with Energa grenades. Additionally, a suicide drone reportedly hit a small storage facility in the city.
Journalist Amro Manasra reported to Al Mayadeen that the Israeli military has sealed off all entrances to the Jenin refugee camp, with power outages affecting several neighborhoods within the camp.
Earlier, the Israeli military launched a large-scale operation targeting Resistance fighters in Jenin and Tulkarm, marking the most extensive military action since Operation "Defensive Shield" in 2002. Israeli radio confirmed that this operation involves both air force and ground troops.
In response, Palestinian Resistance factions have declared Operation Terror of the Camps as they confront the wide-ranging Israeli assault, continuing their operations and confrontations across northern West Bank areas.
