Palestinian sources also reported that the IOF besieged the village and blocked all entry and exit points inhibiting movement in and out of the village. Any vehicle that sought to traverse the roadblock was searched by the IOF.
The IOF raid included military bulldozers and the deployment of snipers on the roofs of several houses. Live bullets and gas bombs were fired at Palestinian residents of the village wounding two young men and suffocating dozens.
The bulldozers also desecrated the public park located in the eastern region bearing the name "Martyrs' Park".
Al-Mughayyir has been subjected to continuous aggressions by the IOF and settlers alike, with the aim of seizing its lands in favor of building settlements.
The IOF regularly carried out massive arrest campaigns in several areas of the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds, during which confrontations with the Palestinians erupted.
