The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed, on Monday Morning, the Palestinian village of Al-Mughayyir, located east of Ramallah, and were confronted by Palestinian residents of the village.

Local sources reported that "The IOF stormed the village, which led to confrontations, during which the soldiers fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas, causing a number of citizens to suffocate."

The IOF raid included military bulldozers and the deployment of snipers on the roofs of several houses. Live bullets and gas bombs were fired at Palestinian residents of the village wounding two young men and suffocating dozens.

The bulldozers also desecrated the public park located in the eastern region bearing the name "Martyrs' Park".

Al-Mughayyir has been subjected to continuous aggressions by the IOF and settlers alike, with the aim of seizing its lands in favor of building settlements.

The IOF regularly carried out massive arrest campaigns in several areas of the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds, during which confrontations with the Palestinians erupted.
